Feb 17, 2009: First Site Updates in Years!
VGalleries is getting code upgrades for the first time in years! The good news is that, over time, it will migrate to become a more modern web site. The bad news is that in the interim you may experience some problems.

Known issues at this time include:
- Counters are not working
- You may receive periodic errors saying "An I/O error occured while sending to the backend." If you do, just retry the function - it will work eventually
- Galleries with too many pictures are not displaying.

We are working on all these issues and hope to fix them soon.

If you find any other errors you can use the 'feedback' link to report them.

Jan 29, 2004: Increased upload limits, quotas
The upload file-size limit has been increased! Now you can upload pictures of up to 10mb in size (note that your pictures are still resized to 1024x768 automatically on upload). Also, all users now have a 100mb disk quota. Enjoy!

Jan 19, 2004: The Bulk-Uploader is ready!
Now you can upload as many pictures as you want in one single operation! Check out the bulk-uploader under Manage Your Pictures. NOTE: the bulk uploader requires the Sun Java browser plugin. Click on http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html to install the Sun Java plug-in into your web browser.
